Why is there sometimes a small hard piece in my bar?
Very rarely, you might find a small hard piece in your bar (such as a pistachio shell fragment or a cacao nib).
This simply comes from the way our bars are made 🌱
We use raw ingredients (whole pistachios, cacao nibs), and our bars are handmade, cold-processed, with no additives or industrial processing.
In rare cases, a natural fragment may end up in the mixture.
These elements are completely safe, but can be a bit harder, so we recommend staying mindful while enjoying your bar.
